New yarn should make you happy.
If your new yarn does not make you happy, please let me know within 10 days of receiving your purchase, and I'll be happy to refund the purchase price AND THE OUTBOUND SHIPPING charges, with the return of the yarn in unused condition. Send me an email at Sarah@IntrepidTulips.com, and I'll give you the shipping address.
If your purchased yarn doesn’t perform as expected (superwashability, colorfastness, not normal wear and tear) during the first year after purchase, I really want to know. Please contact me, and I'll refund it's cost with profound apologies. This has never been an issue, and I put my base yarns through their paces in hopes that it never will.
